This exhibit focuses on the life and career of Col. Doug Roach, a Hometown Hero of Romulus, MI who went on to become a distinguished Air Force pilot and flew with the USAF Thunderbirds aerial demonstration team.

This exciting, new immersive exhibit tells the story of the danger, sacrifice and determination of US Naval and Marine aircraft carrier pilots from World War II to present day. Try your hand at being a carrier pilot taking off and landing on one of the flight simulators, including a new Virtual Reality simulator!
