Kelsey Bailey
Kelsey Bailey joined the team in May 2025. She moved to Detroit in 2019 to attend the College for Creative Studies, and graduated with a BFA in Illustration in 2022. She found her passion for community education and nonprofit work while attending, and loves sharing that joy with the public every day. She moved to Ann Arbor in 2025 after previously working at the Michigan Science Center, and is excited to bring her knowledge to the Hands On Museum. Kelsey is originally from Bay City MI, where she gained a passion for nature and animals, especially birds. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys playing video games, drawing, painting, crafting, drinking coffee and tea, petting the neighborhood cats and dogs, trying to befriend crows, and spending time with her partner.

Lauryn Pickett
Lauryn Pickett is a student at the University of Michigan, studying psychology and English. In her free time, Lauryn enjoys reading, bullet journaling, and drinking chai lattes. She also loves spending time with her family and her dogs, Stella and Finn.

Elisa Watson
Elisa Watson started out hosting birthday parties, then found a home working at the front desk and museum store. She lives nearby with her husband and son and is hoping to make a return soon to studying anthropology. In the meantime, she enjoys learning languages, growing flowers and listening to people's stories.
