Kelsey Bailey

Kelsey Bailey joined the team in May 2025. She moved to Detroit in 2019 to attend the College for Creative Studies, and graduated with a BFA in Illustration in 2022. She found her passion for community education and nonprofit work while attending, and loves sharing that joy with the public every day. She moved to Ann Arbor in 2025 after previously working at the Michigan Science Center, and is exciting to bring her knowledge to the Hands On Museum. Kelsey is originally from Bay City MI, where she gained a passion for nature and animals, especially birds. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys playing video games, drawing, painting, crafting, drinking coffee and tea, petting the neighborhood cats and dogs, trying to befriend crows, and spending time with her partner.
