Starting Fall 2026 Get ready to bring health and science to life for your students. Beginning in Fall 2026, the Health Exploration Station will offer engaging, hands-on learning experiences designed for PreK through 6th grade. These programs help students build essential knowledge about healthy habits and body systems through interactive labs that connect directly to real-world health and wellness. Whether students are learning how to make nutritious choices, exploring how their organs work together, or discovering how emotions affect the body, each visit is designed to spark curiosity and reinforce classroom learning in meaningful ways.

What to Expect During Your Visit:

  • A guided, hands-on lab experience tailored to grade level

  • Dedicated time to explore the interactive Health Exploration Station

  • Opportunities to reinforce classroom learning through real-world science

  • Space for lunch available upon request

Capacity: One classroom at a time, up to 30 students

Lab Lengths:‍ ‍

  • PreK through 3rd Grade: 30-minute lab

  • 4th through 6th Grade: 45-minute lab

  • Capacity: One class at a time, up to 30 students

Programs by Grade Level

  • PreK and Young 5 | My Healthy Habits
    Students practice everyday routines like washing hands, brushing teeth, and choosing nutritious snacks while learning how these habits help keep their bodies strong and healthy.

  • Kindergarten | Inside Look
    Students explore bones, muscles, and organs through hands-on activities and discover how different parts of the body work together to help us move and grow.

  • 1st Grade | Filling My Plate
    Students learn how to build a balanced plate by exploring nutritious foods from each food group, including grains, dairy, vegetables, and protein.

  • 2nd Grade | Food Chemistry
    Students investigate common foods to test for nutrients such as vitamin C and minerals, discovering how science helps us understand what fuels our bodies.

  • 3rd Grade | Our Body Systems
    Students take a closer look at major body systems, including the circulatory, digestive, and respiratory systems, and learn how they work together to keep us healthy.

  • 4th Grade | Choose Your Health
    Through a choose-your-own-adventure experience, students explore how daily choices like nutrition, exercise, and sleep affect their health in the short and long term.

  • 5th Grade | Mind Over Matter
    Students explore the nervous system and learn how the brain controls reactions, emotions, and responses to different situations.

  • 6th Grade | The Science of Drugs and Medicine
    Students investigate how drugs and medicines affect the body and learn about their short- and long-term impacts on health and decision-making.

The Health Exploration Station provides a unique opportunity for students to connect science with everyday life. These experiences help build lifelong healthy habits while supporting classroom curriculum in a fun, memorable way. Now booking for Fall 2026.
